Diamond Studded Hot Wheels toy car

The Hot Wheels brand first hit our shops in 1968, and it’s said that around four billion cars have sold in the last 40 years. And in its 40th anniversary they chose to celebrate it with a unique toy car.

They create diamond-covered Hot Wheels car was designed by a celebrity jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills. A Hot Wheels model cast in 18-karat white gold and embedded with blue diamonds. The engine is encrusted with black and white diamonds. The tail lights are made of rubies and the tires are a combination of black diamonds and red enamel. The car is embedded with 2,700 diamonds that weigh almost 23 carats. This 1:64 scale car has an estimated value of just over $140,000.

The diamond-studded car will be auctioned later this year to benefit one of Lachey's favorite charities, Big Brothers Big Sisters. You might have a collection of Hot Wheels car but this is one gonna be the hottest! The world's most expensive toy car.
